The First Occupational Center of New Jersey is seeking individuals experienced in a residential environment to work with a diversified client population. Assistant Residential Supervisor - ARS The Assistant Supervisor will work closely with and provide support for the Residential Supervisor. Must have 3 years experience and a high school degree/GED. Overnight Residential Specialist-ORS Responsible for the 11PM-7AM shift. Duties include the supervision of residents, case management, documentation, crisis counseling, and scheduling. Must have high school or G.E.D. and 2 years experience with developmentally disabled. Residential Specialist-RS Residential Specialist will support the residential management. Must have high school or G.E.D. and 2 years experience with developmentally disabled. Experience in a residential environment a plus. Full and part time positions available.Substitute Residential Specialist-SRS Substitutes needed to cover shifts for the Residential Specialists on holidays and scheduled vacations. Experience in a residential environment a plus.
